At Necesories, we prioritize your satisfaction and strive to ensure that each order is fulfilled accurately and to the highest standards. However, returns are permitted only under specific circumstances as outlined below. Please read our policy carefully before initiating a request.
Returns will be accepted only if:
You receive a product that is defective or damaged.
You receive a different product, model, size, or color than what was ordered.
There is a shortage or missing item in your order.
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
Initiation: Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery, clearly stating your order details and the issue (with photos if possible).
Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions including the address of our designated returns warehouse.
Packing: Ensure the product is in original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
After we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to verify the reported issue.
If the return is accepted, we will initiate a replacement (where possible) or a refund to your original payment method within 4 working days of inspection.
If the return does not meet our eligibility criteria, it will be returned to you and no refund or replacement will be processed.
Returns must be shipped as per our instructions; Necesories will bear shipping costs only if the issue is due to our error (defective, wrong, different, or incomplete product).
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Necesories reserves the right to decline returns not complying with the above policy or in cases of misuse.
