Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat, excluding public holidays).
• Orders placed after 2 PM or on Sundays/holidays are processed the next business day.
• You'll receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Other areas: 3–5 business days
• Remote/rural pincodes may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

• Orders ₹0–600: flat ₹49
• Orders ₹600–1200: flat ₹69
• Orders above ₹1200: FREE shipping
• COD: No extra charges

Tracking

• A tracking link is shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp once shipped.
• Track anytime at necesories.com/track-order or via the courier partner's site.

Delays & Exceptions

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, festive load, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Necesories is not liable for delays caused by the courier partner once the order is handed over.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

• Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are accurate.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect details or unavailability after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply.

Damaged / Missing Package

• If your package arrives damaged or tampered, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 24–48 hours.
