Cancellation requests are accepted only if they are made immediately after placing the order, before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Refunds and replacements
If your item arrives damaged, defective or is the wrong item, contact us within 3 days of delivery with an uncut unboxing video. You can choose a replacement or a refund once the claim is verified.
Approved replacements are processed and dispatched within 7 working days.
Shipping charges paid on the original order are not refundable, unless the refund is for a damaged, defective or wrong item.
