Cancellations

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made immediately after placing the order and before the order is processed or shipped.

If the order has already been communicated to the vendor/merchant or shipment has been initiated, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

Cancellation requests are not accepted for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc., except in cases where the product quality upon delivery is found to be unsatisfactory and such issues are reported promptly.
Refunds

As Arshu Technologies LLP operates as an accessory business and online platform, refunds are generally not provided; instead, replacement is offered for eligible cases such as defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

In case of a replacement approved by Arshu Technologies LLP, it will be processed and dispatched within 7 working days.

Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable.

For defective or damaged products, claims must be reported to Customer Service within 7 days of receipt, following which the merchant will verify the issue before any replacement or refund is processed.
