Warranty – Terms & Conditions
Warranty Coverage
Necesories products are covered by a limited warranty of 6 months against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage conditions.
Warranty Period
The warranty period of 6 months starts from the date of delivery to the customer, as mentioned on the invoice or order confirmation.
What Is Covered
This warranty covers only manufacturing defects. Issues arising from normal wear and tear or expected usage over time are not considered defects.
What Is Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
Physical or cosmetic damage (scratches, cracks, dents, breakage)
Damage caused by drops, accidents, pressure, misuse, or negligence
Water, moisture, heat, or chemical exposure
Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations
Damage due to use with incompatible devices or accessories
Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must contact Necesories within the 6-month warranty period and provide valid proof of purchase along with images or videos of the issue, as requested.
Resolution
After verification, Necesories will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or an equivalent model. Replacement does not extend or renew the original 6-month warranty period.
Limitations
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Any replaced product or part will be covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
Shipping & Handling
Customers may be required to bear shipping or handling charges related to warranty claims unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Necesories reserves the right to approve or reject any warranty claim based on the above terms. All warranty-related decisions made by Necesories shall be final.
