Necesories Armband is a bicep band for the Whoop 5 sensor. You wear it on your upper arm instead of your wrist.

Design: it sits above the elbow and holds flat against the arm. Your wrists stay free, so nothing sits under a wrist wrap, a bar or a pull-up grip. It does not slide down between sets.

Material: the knit is 52% polyamide, 41% polyester and 7% elastane. It stretches when your arm swells under load and goes back to shape after. The buckle is 316L stainless steel with an electroplated finish. It does not scratch.

Size: it fits arms from 254 to 356 mm, which is 10 to 14 inches. Measure around the widest part of your bicep before you order. Your wrist size does not apply here.

Use it for: pull-ups, presses, rows, heavy lifting, boxing, cycling, or any workout where a wrist band gets in the way. Wear it for the session and switch back to a wrist band after, or leave it on all day.

Compatibility: it fits the Whoop 5.0 sensor and works on Peak and One. It does not fit MG or Life. The sensor is not included. You get the band only.

Care: rinse in cool water after a heavy session, hang it to dry, and pat the metal dry.

• Wash and Care : Rinse it with cold water and let it dry for sometime for next use . Do not use any air dryer

Yes — it fits the case sizes shown above, so just select your size. Bands are interchangeable within the same size family.
