Necesories Basecamp is a woven band for the Whoop 5 sensor, made for the days that end further from a road than they started. Dirt, dust, wet rock and shifting ground, and a band that comes back down with you looking like it belongs.

The fabric is 76% polyamide with 24% elastane, which is a lot of stretch for a band this rugged, under a silicone layer that takes the scrapes a trail hands out. It is abrasion resistant, and it dries quickly rather than staying damp inside a pack. The hardware is 316L stainless, plated against sweat and rain.

The closure is adjustable velcro, and on a trail that matters more than it sounds. It grips anywhere along its length, so you size it over a sleeve at altitude and back down again at camp, without hunting for the right hole. It does not creep loose on a long descent.

It works with the Whoop 5.0 sensor and across MG, Peak, Life and One. The only variant it does not fit is 4.0. The sensor is not included, so this is the band by itself, for people who already own the tracker.

The colour is drawn from forest and open country, which is why it reads as gear rather than as a fitness accessory. It looks right on a trek and it does not look out of place afterwards.

Care instructions: hand wash in cold water with a gentle soap and hang it to air-dry. No machine wash, no dryer, no bleach, no fabric softener.
