How Can You Place an Order?

We ship all across India.

For delivery within India, please place your order via Necesories.com (Domestic). This shipping policy applies exclusively to deliveries within India.

Are There Any Shipping Charges Applicable on My Order?

Shipping is free for all prepaid orders with a cart value of Rs. 999/- or above. For prepaid orders below Rs. 999/-, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 79/- applies. For all Cash On Delivery (COD) orders, a flat fee of Rs. 49/- is applicable, irrespective of the order value.

How Does the Delivery Process Work?

Once your order is processed by our system, each product undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our quality standards. After passing the final quality check, your products are carefully packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partners. Our delivery partners will deliver your package at the earliest possible time. If they are unable to reach the provided address or suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

You can check your order status anytime by tapping on the “My Orders” section under the main menu on our app or website. Alternatively, you may contact our Help Desk for assistance.

My Order Will Be Shipped in Multiple Shipments. What Does This Mean?

This is a normal part of our process. Since some products are made to order, if your cart contains multiple items, we ship each product as soon as it is processed rather than waiting to dispatch the entire order together. You will only be charged applicable shipping or COD fees once, on the first package you receive.

What Is the Estimated Delivery Time?

The estimated dispatch time for each product is displayed under the Shipping and Returns tab on the product page. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and details of the courier handling your package. You can track your package 24 hours after dispatch from our warehouse.
